This policy explains what Mr. Hayam Crypto Trader collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. WhatsApp, Telegram, and any analytics provider you allow have their own policies.
Who operates the site
The site is operated under the name Mr. Hayam Crypto Trader. The contact email and the WhatsApp numbers shown on the site are the ones saved in the admin dashboard. Use the contact page if you need to reach the operator about your information.
Information you send us
Contact, comment, testimonial and newsletter forms ask for details you type in. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, subject, message, an optional website, a rating, and a comment. If you attach a profile image to a testimonial, that image is stored with the submission.
After a valid submission, your browser can open WhatsApp with the same message so it can be delivered to the form number saved in the dashboard. From that moment, the chat is also handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's terms. We do not receive your WhatsApp password, and we do not automate WhatsApp accounts.
Information stored for security
- Comments store an IP address so spam and abuse can be reviewed.
- Login attempts store an email address, an IP address, the time, and whether the attempt succeeded. This is used to slow repeated failures.
- Admin actions such as publishing an article or changing settings are written to an audit log with the account, the action, an IP address and the time.
Accounts
Member accounts are optional. Public lessons, articles, analysis and public signals can be read without registering. If you create an account, we store your name, email address and a password hash produced by PHP's password hashing. The password itself is not stored. You can update your profile while signed in.
Newsletter
The newsletter list stores your name, if you gave one, your email address, the time you subscribed, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. It is used only for the educational notes you asked for. You can ask for removal through the contact page.
Analytics
The website records first-party events such as page views and clicks on WhatsApp, Telegram, signals and downloads. Addresses used for those counts are hashed with a daily key. They are not shown as a visitor list. The dashboard labels these numbers as local counts. They are not imported from Google.
If you accept analytics cookies, and an administrator has saved a Google Analytics or Tag Manager ID, those services may receive a page event. If you accept marketing cookies, and a Meta or TikTok pixel ID is saved, those services may receive a page or click event. Names, emails and phone numbers are not added to those pixel events.
How long information is kept
Messages, comments and testimonials stay until an administrator deletes them or until you ask for a submission you made to be removed. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Server logs used to diagnose errors are kept only as long as the host retains those files.
Who we share information with
Form contents are visible to administrators of this website. If email delivery is configured, a notice may also be sent to the admin email using the SMTP server saved in settings. We do not sell personal information. Optional analytics and advertising tools receive data only after the cookie choice that allows them.
Your choices
- Reject non-essential cookies on the banner. Necessary cookies still run the session and remember that choice.
- Ask for a correction or deletion of a message, comment, testimonial or newsletter address you submitted.
- Stop using optional member features and ask for the account to be closed.
This policy can be edited by an administrator. The date on the page is the date of the latest save.
