How to read candlesticks
How to read candlesticks
A candlestick is a compressed record of a period: open, high, low and close. It is not a prediction.
A practical reading
Start with what already happened. Name the swing that is still intact, the area where that idea fails, and the reason you would do nothing. If a chart picture only makes sense after the move, it was a story, not a plan.
Keep the language clean
Words such as guaranteed, risk-free or sure profit do not belong in a study note. A high-confidence idea is still a scenario. It can be wrong. The useful work is writing the condition that would prove it wrong and respecting that condition.
